Beginning at St. Cloud State University, you’ll tour the best that St. Cloud has to offer. From the Mighty Mississippi River to tree-lined residential neighborhoods, this USATF certified course has it all.

Marathon Relay

If you’re not quite ready to tackle 13.1 miles, grab a friend, relative or complete stranger and take on the Half Marathon route together. Each of you will contribute 6.5 miles.

A Friday night tradition, the 5K starts and finishes on the St. Cloud State University campus and gives runners and walkers alike the chance to strut their stuff. Some use it as a warm-up for Saturday’s race.

Corporate Challenge

The Granite Equity Partners Corporate Challenge promotes health and wellness among area businesses. Run with your colleagues and alongside rival companies.

Kid’s Run

The BLEND 1K Youth Run is the perfect opportunity for children 12 and under to get out and exercise their rights to a healthy and happy future! Limited to the first 1,000 entrants.

Every race finishes at Husky Stadium on the St. Cloud State University campus with spectators on the field and an after-party near the finish line.

If you would like to volunteer as a group/organization/company, please contact us at We will give groups looking for fundraising opportunities first priority when signing up, and we will award non-profit groups of 10 or more people with a donation from the Earth Day Run.

Thank you for your interest in helping us host this GREAT event!

Viewing The Course

The next best thing to running is watching!  Being “on the course” and cheering on your favorite runners is invaluable to them, and it is easy to do at the Earth Day races.  Your best bet is to hang out at the campus of St. Cloud State to take in the start and the finish.
