Dear Friends:

This past year the pandemic affected our communities, state and world in ways unimaginable, and there still is some uncertainty about what lies ahead. For this reason, CentraCare will not be holding the Earth Day Run in 2021. While this decision was difficult, our No. 1 goal is to keep our runners, volunteers, spectators and sponsors safe.
The Earth Day Run’s size and magnitude requires year-round planning, and as a health care organization, we need to focus our efforts on caring for those affected by COVID-19 and managing its impacts on our community. These activities limit our ability to plan for the caliber of event that you have come to expect from us.
We wanted to give you this information now so you can move forward with your 2021 plans and training without us. We wish you the best of health in the year ahead!
Sincerely,
The Earth Day Run Planning Team
